"Timely and Jeremiah are the two individuals that helped me the most. I walked in hoping to get a rack to carry pannier bags and studded tires for riding in the snow here in Anchorage, AK. These two folks took care of my needs while paying attention to my budget. To say the least, installing the tire … more s and the rack was not easy. My front derailleur required rerouting of the actuating cable because of clearance issues. Then the rack was just a nightmare to install. But it was all done for me so very quickly and within my budget. Timely was even kind enough to set me up with a fat tire bike rental while my bicycle was in the shop. That was just over the top for me. This is an exceptional service that I want to keep coming back to. Now I have a Gary Fisher bike with studded tires along with a MIK rack so I can carry groceries and the sort to my hotel room while on assignment at a local hospital here in Alaska. And now I am scheming for ways to budget for a fat tire bicycle to buy from this store! Jeremiah and Timely are just first-rate guys that are an asset to Trek and the hobby, sport, and lifestyle of bicycling. "
