"Solid 4.5 Service was friendly and quick. The Rainbow had all the yummy fresh fish and the sauce and toppings perfectly balanced the dish, including the spice. I had mine with greens which was not typical but it was fresh and crisp so I was happy with my choice. The only wish I had was that the piec … more es of fish were a bit larger. Visiting SL,UT and it's not easy finding vegan food. But this place is great, many interesting foods to try or drinks at the bar if you like. I had the Korean Burger and the Gochujang (고추장) sauce was nice and spicy the way it should be. And a little side salad to compliment a burger with Kombucha to top it off. Definitely want to go back
