Bend n Zen is my yoga HOME! I just love it. The quality of the classes are outstanding. All of the instructors are consistent, knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. The class schedule is also conducive with my busy work life, which is HUGE. This studio helps me to feel my best and I’ll be a student there as long as it’s around! Top notch!

Lovely Studio. Natural light, lovely floors amazing vibe. A good variety of classes, times and activities are offered on a pay what you can basis. I'm not sure if that is part of the magic of this place, but there is an authentic aspect of Yoga and heartfelt community here.
